1. Where are you located?

   Melbourne Rug Wash is conveniently located just north of the Melbourne CBD at 22 Edward Street Brunswick. This means we are central enough for you to drop off and pick up, with lots of parking close by. If this is not convenient, we can arrange to pick up and deliver back to you after your rug has been cleaned.

2. What are your opening hours?

   Melbourne Rug Wash is open Monday to Friday during business hours, from 9:00AM until 5:00PM. We are also open every Saturday from 9:00AM until 12:00PM.

3. Can you pick up my rug and deliver it back to me?

   Absolutely. Normally we pick up and deliver if it is within the Melbourne metro area. Please call us to clarify how far we can travel for deliveries.

4. How much do you charge?

   The cost of cleaning depends on the type of rug, and whether it is hand or machine made using natural or synthetic fibres. The other factor to consider is size. So when you call to seek a quote, make sure you measure the fringes too as these are the most difficult areas to clean on any rug.

5. What method do you use for cleaning rugs?
